The data from the scanner is combined with the data from the dual-camera setup and the motion sensors. A12Z’s advanced computer vision algorithms are applied to the data collected for better details. Apple has further updated its ARKit platform by adding Scene Geometry API to make the most of the LiDAR scanner.

Magic Keyboard Trackpad support

Another highlight of the device is the Magic Keyboard which is basically the Smart Keyboard Folio with a second-gen Apple Pencil integrated into it. Looks like, Xiaomi is into refreshing old smartphones. The brand recently rebranded the Note 10 Pro Max as the Note 12 Pro 4G with a few changes. And now, the Redmi Note 12S also joins the race with specs borrowed from the Note 11S. In this article, we’ll walk through the specs, features, and expected price of the Redmi Note 12S in Nepal.

Samsung announced its partnership with AMD nearly four years ago, with the intention of using AMD’s RDNA architecture-based GPU in its mobile processors. The South Korean tech giant has decided to extend their partnership for another several years. In this article, we’ll learn more about the Samsung-AMD collaboration.

Samsung-AMD Partnership History

Samsung previously used ARM-Mali GPUs in their Exynos processors, but their performance was inadequate to defeat market leader Qualcomm. As a result, in June 2019, Samsung announced an alliance with AMD to use RDNA GPUs in Exynos. Last year, Samsung and AMD worked together on designing RDNA 2 architecture, and Samsung introduced its own Xclipse 920 GPU based on that architecture.

According to a recent press release from Samsung, Exynos will continue to use AMD GPUs. Seogjun Lee, Executive Vice President of Application Processor (AP) Development at Samsung Electronics said that “Together with AMD, Samsung has been revolutionizing mobile graphics, including our recent collaboration that brought ray tracing capability to mobile processors for the first time in the industry.”

AMD GPUs will likely be included in the budget and midrange chipsets as well. Similarly, the ISO range maxes out at 51200 on A6100, whereas it’s 102,400 on the A6600. Furthermore, the A6100 lacks a 3.5mm headphone jack but you can get a mic jack. And since it’s an entry-level model, you can’t use Eye AF during video recording.

Sony Electronics announced the launch of a 61 MP Sony A7R IV Mirrorless camera a while ago. However, after months of waiting, the Sony A7 R IV is finally available in Nepal. It is available for purchase from Sony Stores located in Kathmandu.

Sony has certainly given their best with this camera. A whopping 40% increase in the resolution of the camera is really saying something! But the increase in pixel density can make the dynamic range and high ISO performance can suffer. However, Sony claims 15 stops of dynamic range and excellent high ISO performance for their new high-res sensor. Not only this, Sony claims 10 frames per second and burst of up to 68 images at full resolution. Now, you can have it all and have it very soon, it seems.

Some camera enthusiasts may claim, the 24 MP provides a balance between adequate resolution together with manageable file size. However, Sony lovers are gravitating towards the higher resolution options for maximum print quality or aggressive cropping in post-production. Sony WF-C700N earbuds launched with ANC, IPX4 water resistance

Sony has launched a new pair of wireless earbuds called “WF-C700N” ahead of the rumored WF-1000XM5. It’s the successor to 2021’s Sony WF-C500 and brings active noise cancellation (ANC) among other upgrades. Let’s learn more about the Sony WF-C700N, including its full specifications, availability, and expected price in Nepal.

Design

To come up with the design of these earbuds, Sony claims it has used ear shape data collected all the way since 1982. And the company is confident that the WF-C700N “perfectly matches the human with an ergonomic surface design for a more stable fit”. Additionally, its housing is 37% lighter and 38% smaller than its predecessor.

The earbuds weigh approximately 4.6 gm each, while the case weighs approximately 31 gm. Furthermore, the Sony WF-C700N is water-resistant to IPX4 too. Sony sells these earbuds in black, white, lavender, and sage green color options.

Audio

In terms of audio, Sony has included 5mm drivers here. There’s also DSEE (Digital Sound Enhancement Engine) support which restores details in compressed audio files for a richer listening experience. You can create a custom equalizer for the WF-C700N via the “Sony | Headphones Connect” app.

Moving on, Sony has not disclosed the exact battery capacity of these earbuds but says they’re good for 7.5 hours of playback with ANC on. Or 10 hours with ANC turned off.
