Like the TCL 75P635, the LG 75UQ8050 is also a 4K LED TV launched in 2022. It replaces last year’s UP8000 series and brings improvements in a couple of aspects like slightly slimmer build quality, a newer processor, newer software, and better color accuracy. It is powered by LG’s new Alpha 5 (α5) Gen5 AI Processor 4K which promises improved 4K upscaling, more refined picture tuning, and more. And the new webOS 22 software platform also introduces some new features, like multiple user profiles. With this, you can get personalized content recommendations on the TV’s homescreen.

4. Skyworth 75SUE9500 4K QLED TV

So far, every entry on our list of best 75″ 4K TV in Nepal are LED TVs. But the Skyworth 75SUE9500 breaks this trend as it uses a QLED panel instead. In case you didn’t know, QLED TVs use an additional quantum dot layer in-between the blue backlight and the LCD layer used in traditional LED TVs. As a result, they are able to produce more accurate colors alongside higher levels of brightness as well. Skyworth says this TV covers 93% of the DCI-P3 gamut for excellent color reproduction, whereas it is also complemented by Dolby Vision and HDR10+ support for top-notch contrast levels too.

The design of this Skyworth TV is also quite nice. With slim bezels and a metal base instead of a regular leg stand, it certainly has a more pleasing visual aesthetics (if you don’t intend on wall mounting it, that is) compared to other TVs on our list so far. It also has fairly powerful 20W stereo speakers that can play Dolby Atmos surround sound. The 75SUE9500 runs on Google TV out of the box, although its UI/UX responsiveness could’ve been better. That’s because Skyworth’s “Chameleon Extreme 2.0″ quad-core processor only uses a rather old Cortex-A53 CPU. But then again, this is something you can easily solve by using an external streaming box anyway. Not to mention, the Skyworth 75SUE9500 is also the cheapest 75” QLED TV in Nepal so we can cut some slack in the performance department here.

Like the Skyworth TV above, this is also a QLED TV which means you can expect superior colors and brightness over standard LED TVs. Xiaomi has also paired the Mi TV Q1’s QLED panel with a slew of high-end features to enhance the experience. First off, it has a 192-zone full-array local dimming to deliver an incredible 10,000:1 contrast ratio for darker darks and brighter whites. It also supports HDR10+, Dolby Vision, and HLG standards. Xiaomi says this TV covers 100% NTSC and 95% DCI-P3 color space, while it also boasts 1000 nits of peak brightness.

Other than this, the Mi TV Q1 brags 120Hz refresh rate with MEMC too. So you get to enjoy smoother playback here without having to worry about juddery textures. Xiaomi could’ve won big points in terms of gaming as well, but that’s not the case here. It does have one HDMI 2.1 port, but it doesn’t support 4K 120Hz gaming. And neither does this TV support variable refresh rate (VRR) technology. Anyway, on the audio front, the Mi TV Q1 comes with a powerful 30W speakers consisting of two tweeters and four woofers.
