OPPO A5x is available in two colors: Midnight Blue and Laser White. It has round edges and flat frames, matching the typical OPPO vibe. Not only that, but this budget phone is also MIL-STD-810H certified for durability and IP65 dust/splash resistant.
Up front, the A5x boasts a 6.67-inch LCD screen with a 90Hz refresh rate. This screen has a typical HD+ resolution, and it can get as bright as 1,000 nits as well. Along with that, you get “Splash Touch” and “Glove Touch” tech, enabling you to use the phone with wet fingers.
Performance, cameras, and battery
The OPPO A5x is powered by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 6s 4G Gen 1 chip. Not to be confused with the Dimensity 6300-powered OPPO A5x 5G. It’s available in three memory configurations: 4/64GB, 4/128GB, and 6/128GB. While the phone boots on ColorOS 15, on top of Android 15.
For cameras, this budget phone has a 32MP primary camera at the back that can record 1080p videos. Up front is a 5MP selfie camera, which is also limited to 1080p recording. Other than this, the OPPO A5x has a massive 6,000mAh battery with 45W fast charging support.
