Realme has been making headlines after headliens, as if you are following, you proabably would know that they recently teased a phone with a 15,000 mAh battery. Now they have just dropped a teaser that’s either genius or completely bonkers. They’re calling it the “Chill Fan Phone,” and apparently, it comes with what they claim is the world’s first smartphone AC system. Yeah, you read that right — AC in a phone. This article will discuss everything about Realme’s upcoming Chill Fan Phone teaser, including its cooling technology and expected features.

Realme Chill Fan Phone Overview

The AC Claims

Ahead of tomorrow’s 828 Realme Fan Festival, they’ve teased a phone with a built-in active cooling system that can supposedly drop core temperatures by up to 6°C. And unlike the usual vapor chambers and heat pipes, this thing has actual ventilation slots on the side frame.

The teaser shows air coming out strong enough to blow out candles and push rubber ducks around in water. Which is either impressive engineering or the most elaborate marketing stunt we’ve seen this year.

Not entirely new, but different

Gaming phones have had physical fans before — RedMagic, Black Shark, and others have been doing it for years. But Realme’s claiming this is the first “AC system” in a smartphone, with cooling that can actually turn on and off like your room’s air conditioner. Whether there’s a meaningful difference between this and existing gaming phone cooling remains to be seen.

Realme Chill Fan Phone Availability

Realme’s 828 Fan Festival kicks off tomorrow at 11:00 CST. Whether this phone actually exists or it’s just festival hype remains to be seen. No pricing or Nepal availability announced yet.
